The Process

NSA remote classroom sessions are built around a carefully developed curriculum—not the casual “click here and good luck” approach some trainers take.

We start with a focused set of 1–3 hours of instructor-led or video lessons to make sure everyone has the fundamentals down. From there, we move into one-on-one workflow training with an NSA master trainer, working directly in your real-world CatDV environment so you can get productive immediately.

Onboard new staff later? The training videos remain available at any time for refreshers or new hires.
